4.5 inch lift
At 4.5 inches of lift on your Jeep Cherokee you will want to replace the lower control arms along with all the changes you need for a lesser lift. Since you have changed the angle of the control arms sufficiently you will need to lengthen them. They won't need much longer ones but it will help smoothen the ride a little. Different upper control arms are still not needed but you will want to start thinking about it if you want to go with larger lift.
